  • We are one family of Yahweh (1 John 3:1-2;  Ephesians 2:19; Romans 8:16).
  • We respect one another as brothers and sisters (Romans 12:10).
  • We show love to one another as Yahshua loved us and died for us (John 13:34-35; Romans 5:8).
  • We must have confidence to each other and never backbite, nor engage in gossip (1 Thessalonians 5:11).
  • We are mirror to others, therefore our sincerity and honesty must not be in question (Proverbs 12:22; 1 John 3:18).
  • We will walk in the humility of Messiah and consider the needs of others (Micah 6:8; 1 Peter 5:2-6).
  • We must protect our children and secure their safety and well-being at all times (Psalm 5:11-12; Philippians 4:6-7).

Guidelines for Congregational Unity

Conflict Resolution:  Our Master Yahshua Messiah, tells us:

Matthew 18:15-17 King James Version (KJV)

"If thy brother [or sister] shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.  But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the assembly…"

According to our Master, we shall always take the following three steps to resolving conflict:

  1. Speak directly with the person in an attempt to work things out, if you are unable…
  2. The two of you should reach out to 2-3 members who can serve as witnesses and provide sound biblical guidance; if you are unable…
  3. The two of you should meet with an elder/pastor for resolution. Please do not skip steps 1 and 2 and go directly to step 3, as the Bible directs us to first attempt to resolve the issue without involving the leadership.

Stress Reduction

We are to examine ourselves by standard that the mind and heart as well as the soul be at peace and trust that Abba Yahweh Elohim restores it.

Philippians 4:6
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to Elohim.”

Luke 12:25
“Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life?”

Deuteronomy 31:8
"It is Yahweh who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed."
